Über den Autor

Markus Heitz, geboren 1971 in Homburg, studierte Germanistik und Geschichte und lebt heute als freier Autor im Saarland. Der Schriftsteller startete seine Karriere mit "Schatten über Ulldart", dem ersten Teil der sechsteiligen Buchreihe und hat mittlerweile mehr als 50 Romane veröffentlicht. Den Durchbruch schaffte Heitz mit seiner Roman-Serie um "Die Zwerge", welche in etliche Sprachen übersetzt wurde und auch international an Bekanntheit erlangte. Mit der "Pakt der Dunkelheit" Reihe schuf Heitz eine weitere Mystery-Bestseller-Serie. Unter dem Pseudonym Maxim Voland verfasst der Autor außerdem Krimis und Thriller, darunter "Die Republik".
