Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The second photo book in a series of beautiful areas of the UK, this is the smaller version of the original Fine Art coffee table book by award winning landscape photographer Linda Ullathorne (Lindaully Images) this time showcasing the stunning Buttermere Valley area in Cumbria. A lover of solitude and the unspoilt world, Linda's unique compositions and seductive post processing are testament to her artistic nature and ability to capture what she wants the rest of the world to see. The Lake Districts Buttermere Valley was voted as having one of the best views in Britain and contains not one but three lakes-Buttermere, Crummock Water and Loweswater. Described by Alfred Wainwright as a place where 'loneliness, solitude and silence prevail that make the scene unforgettable' and made even more dramatic by the play of light and shade, it is indeed a joy to visit and photograph with its emerald pastures, shimmering lakes, delightful waterfalls and rich woodlands.
