Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

This is my attempt at travel, my attempt atwriting, my attempt at, well, at attempt itself. This is not the perfect story. With trial comeserror. But these errors add up to somethinggreater. These errors add up to truth of selfand conviction. On the surface, Prelude to Tomorrow is atravel memoir, a reflection upon Paul Hudson'strips around the world during summer breaksfrom college. But he quickly reveals a deeperfocus, not just on America, Africa, and Europe, but on friendship, youth, and the search forone's identity and path in life.Hudson guides us through his rewardingadventures: road-tripping with three lifelongfriends across the United States, from Georgiato Utah; working on a cattle ranch in Montana;admiring the spectacular animal kingdom nativeto the plains of Kenya; studying at the Universityof Innsbruck in Austria; and carousing with hiscollege band at Lake Tahoe.A vivid and vibrant travel memoir, Prelude toTomorrow reminds us that our experiences fromthe past are not just snapshots of a distanttime-they are the very foundation for whowe will become.
