Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Hilarious and spot on, The Girlfriend's Code of Ethics shatters myths about men (they are not all married, jailed, on drugs, or gay) and puts you well on your way to a drama-free, girlfriend-packed life. Based on loyalty and decency, the Code will help you stop sabotaging your love relationships and undermining your friendships, eliminate even the appearance of impropriety (Code #25: Never "forget" to inform your girlfriend if her boyfriend or ex-boyfriend calls you for any reason.), and avoid putting yourself in any position that may lead to an indiscretion (Code #5: Never fantasize about your girlfriend's man.). Along with fifty-one steadfast rules, this indispensable girls' guide delivers real-world "Breaking the Code" stories to drive home the consequences of letting down a girlfriend; "Girlfriend 911" wisdom to make it easier to stay within the rules even when it's oh-so-tempting to stray; the almighty "Girlfriend's Commandments"; and an eye-opening survey to determine the kind of girlfriend you already are. It's really quite simple: ignore the Code, and live a life of isolation and disillusion; follow it, and know that your girlfriends have your back as you have theirs, and no man will ever come between you. Read this book. Live it. Pass it on.
