Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

How far would you go to rescue someone you love? For thirteen-year-old Celine Red Cloud, the answer is obvious: as far as it takes. Somewhere in the cold, sandstorm-blasted Martian landscape, her father lies stranded, unable to get back to their small human colony. The other colonists have abandoned the search, but Celine refuses to believe her father-a brilliant geologist-didn't find a way to survive. Together with Alex, a young clone with ties to the colony's founder, Celine sets out on a dangerous mission to rescue her father. All that stands in her way is the red planet itself-a world filled with alien dangers eager for a chance to bring Celine's search to a deadly end.If Celine's not careful, Mars might just claim two Red Clouds.Do you like books with unpredictable endings? Lost in the Red Hills of Mars throws readers curveballs (or curve-meteors, take your choice). Lost in the Red Hills of Mars ties together family devotion, self-reliance, and survival in a rousing adventure story.Dr. John Brandenburg, renown plasma physicist and author of Death on Mars, "Your description of the Mars landscape, hazards and caves are wonderful! I enjoyed your book!"
