Über den Autor

Der Australier Graeme Simsion wurde mit seinem Roman "Das Rosie-Projekt" schlagartig zum Bestseller-Autor. Auch das Nachfolgewerk "Der Rosie-Effekt" wurde zum Erfolg. Simsion arbeitete zunächst als erfolgreicher IT-Spezialist, ehe er sich dem Schreiben widmete. Neben Romanen verfasst der Schriftsteller auch Drehbücher, Kurzgeschichten sowie einige kurze Theaterstücke und ist fallweise als Filmproduzent tätig. Zu seinen neuesten Büchern gehören "Der Mann, der zu träumen wagte" und der gemeinsam mit Anne Buist verfasste Jakobsweg-Roman "Zum Glück gibt es Umwege". 2021 erscheint der dritte Teil der Rosie-Reihe mit dem Titel "Das Rosie-Resultat" in deutscher Fassung. Als Vater von zwei Kindern lebt Graeme Simsion gemeinsam mit seiner Familie in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
