Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

A Christ-centered small-group Bible study for women who want their words to bring grace, encouragement, truth, and joy to the people God places in their lives. Have you ever replayed a conversation and wished for a do-over? Thoughtless words, sharp replies, gossip, nagging, and complaining can leave real wounds. Yet Jesus meets our messy mouths with forgiveness--and gives us a new beginning. Using a playful lipstick-theme framework, Sharla Fritz guides women through eight practical "makeover" steps: scrub with forgiveness, comfort with encouragement, enlarge with praise, speak truth, choose grace, shine with thankfulness, protect with discretion, and share joy. Scripture, prayer, and honest stories keep the focus where it belongs: on Christ, whose mercy cleanses sinners and shapes their speech. Each session includes: - Daily Bible readings - Reflection questions - Memory verses - Journaling space - Practical applications, - and a deeper LIP Study method: Look for the Facts, Interpret the Meaning, Pursue the Application. Women's ministry groups, friends, and individual readers can use these tools to consider not only what comes from their lips, but what rests in their hearts.
