This gospel is to be preached to every creature and disciples made of every nation. The term "as a witness to all nations" indicates that this present age will not end until there is at least one representative from every ethnic group, nation, people, tribe, and language, who has received the free gift of salvation offered through Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
