von Stephen P. Hershey

Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Accelerating angle curves can have remarkable beauty and complexity despite the simplicity of their generation algorithm. This book provides a gallery of 60 representative curves as an introduction to accelerating angle aesthetics. The book also describes the accelerating angle curve generation algorithm, analyzes their rotational and reflectional symmetries, and examines their relationship to Spirograph curves. A list of open questions is provided for readers who would like to further explore these intriguing curves. Additional information about the book can be found at www.stephenphershey.com.
