Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Cross-cultural mentoring is difficult. It's even harder to develop local mentors in cultures where trust and mentorship are rare. If you're doing either one, these tools may help. I developed them during six years of business mentoring and training in Honduras and Haiti in joint programs involving Creating Jobs Inc (which I founded), Partners Worldwide, Vida Abundante Iglesia Cristiana, and Proyecto Aldea Global.Mentor Tools will help you set up international and local mentoring programs, provide resources and best practices for mentoring and training, and help you spur and track: goal-setting, revenue growth, and job creation in the businesses you serve. I offer tips to maximize the impact of our GrowBook curriculum in your mentoring and training. These tools will assist you in developing leaders, while some aim at helping you grow as a mentor. All of this converges to raise the capacity of entrepreneurs to build thriving communities.
