Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Dieci Anni In Equatoria E Ritorno, Volume 1... recounts Gaetano Casatiâ€(TM)s experiences in Equatoria, a region in present-day South Sudan and Uganda, during the late 19th century. This historical account details Casati's travels, observations, and interactions with local populations, as well as his collaboration with Eduard Schnitzer, known as Emin Pasha, the governor of Equatoria under Egyptian rule. The book provides valuable insights into the political, social, and geographical landscape of Central Africa during a period of European exploration and colonization. Casati's detailed narrative offers a firsthand perspective on the challenges and complexities of life in Equatoria, the relationships between Europeans and Africans, and the impact of colonial ambitions on the region. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
