Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"Our Lord and Saviour; A Study of the Person and Doctrine of Jesus Christ" is a profound theological examination of the central figure of the Christian faith. Written by Peter Green, this work delves into both the historical humanity and the divine nature of Jesus Christ, offering readers a comprehensive look at His life, teachings, and the fundamental doctrines that have shaped Christian thought for centuries. The book is structured to provide a clear and accessible study of Christology, exploring the significance of the Incarnation, the miracles, and the ethical framework established through the parables and the Sermon on the Mount. Green skillfully bridges the gap between scholarly analysis and devotional reflection, making the complex concepts of the personhood of Christ understandable for both the layperson and the serious student of theology. By examining the doctrinal foundations of the faith, the work seeks to deepen the reader's understanding of Jesus's mission and His enduring impact on spiritual life. "Our Lord and Saviour; A Study of the Person and Doctrine of Jesus Christ" remains a valuable resource for those looking to explore the dual themes of the historical Jesus and the Christ of faith. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
