Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Christian Science, An Apostasy From Science And Christianity: A Course Of Lectures is a book written by Cyril Buotich and originally published in 1916. The book is a collection of lectures that aim to critique and debunk the teachings of Christian Science, a religious movement founded by Mary Baker Eddy in the late 19th century. Buotich argues that Christian Science is an apostasy, or a departure from the true teachings of both science and Christianity. He claims that the movement's emphasis on spiritual healing and denial of the reality of matter and disease is not supported by scientific evidence or biblical teachings. The book is written in a scholarly and analytical style, with references to scientific and religious texts to support the author's arguments. Overall, Christian Science, An Apostasy From Science And Christianity: A Course Of Lectures is a critical examination of the beliefs and practices of Christian Science, and a call for a return to traditional Christian and scientific principles. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
