Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Cranberry Cove Stories is a collection of short stories written by Mrs. Chetwood Smith and originally published in 1915. The stories are set in the fictional town of Cranberry Cove, a quaint New England village where the residents are all connected in some way. The book is divided into several sections, each one containing a set of stories that revolve around a particular theme or group of characters. The first section, for example, focuses on the town's children and their adventures, while the second section centers on the town's older residents and their reminiscences of days gone by. Other sections explore the relationships between the town's various families, the mysteries that surround some of the town's more enigmatic residents, and the joys and sorrows that come with life in a small community.Throughout the book, Mrs. Chetwood Smith's writing is warm and engaging, and her characters are well-drawn and memorable. Her stories offer a glimpse into a simpler time and a way of life that has all but disappeared. Cranberry Cove Stories is a charming and nostalgic book that will appeal to readers of all ages. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
