Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

""Cursory Remarks Upon The Arrangement Of The Plays Of Shakespeare"" is a critical analysis of the order in which William Shakespeare's plays were written. Written by James Hurdis and published in 1792, the book was inspired by the essay of Edmond Malone, a noted Shakespearean scholar, on the chronological order of the plays. Hurdis offers his own opinions and observations on the subject, examining the language, themes, and style of each play to suggest a revised order of composition. The book is an important contribution to the ongoing debate among scholars about the order in which Shakespeare wrote his plays, and remains a valuable resource for anyone interested in the Bard's work. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
