Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Jacques Coeur: The French Argonaut And His Times is a historical biography written by Louisa Stuart Costello and first published in 1847. The book tells the story of Jacques Coeur, a 15th-century French merchant and financier who rose from humble beginnings to become one of the wealthiest and most powerful men in France. Coeur's life is a fascinating tale of adventure, ambition, and political intrigue, and Costello's vivid and engaging prose brings it to life in vivid detail.
