Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Legends Of The Moorlands And Forest In North Staffordshire (1860) is a collection of folklore and mythology from the North Staffordshire region of England. The author, who remains anonymous, has compiled a series of stories and legends passed down through generations of locals. These tales explore the mysteries and magic of the moorlands and forests that have long been a part of North Staffordshire's landscape. The book includes stories of witches, ghosts, fairies, and other supernatural creatures that are said to inhabit the area. Some of the tales are based on historical events, while others are purely fictional. The book provides an intriguing insight into the folklore and beliefs of the people of North Staffordshire during the 19th century and offers a glimpse into a world of magic and wonder that has long since faded away. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
