Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

""The Germans In Belgium: Experiences Of A Neutral"" is a book written by Lodewijk Hermen Grondys and published in 1916. The book provides a detailed account of the experiences of the author as a neutral observer during the German occupation of Belgium in World War I. Grondys was a Dutch journalist who traveled to Belgium in 1914 to report on the war. He witnessed firsthand the atrocities committed by the German army, including the destruction of villages, the execution of civilians, and the forced labor of Belgian citizens. Grondys also documents the resistance movement in Belgium and the efforts of the Belgian people to maintain their culture and identity under German occupation. The book provides a unique perspective on the events of World War I and sheds light on the impact of war on civilians and neutral observers. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
