Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Batavia System of Individual Instruction is a book written by John Kennedy in 1914. The book presents a new approach to education that emphasizes individualized instruction rather than traditional classroom teaching. The Batavia System was developed in Batavia, New York, in the early 20th century and was designed to meet the needs of students who were struggling in traditional classrooms. The system involves breaking down subjects into small, manageable units and allowing students to work at their own pace. It also emphasizes the use of visual aids and hands-on activities to help students better understand the material. The book provides a detailed overview of the Batavia System, including its history, philosophy, and practical implementation. It also includes case studies and examples of how the system has been used successfully in classrooms across the country. The Batavia System of Individual Instruction is a valuable resource for educators, parents, and anyone interested in alternative approaches to education. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
