Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Royal Charter of Confirmation is a historical document that was granted by King James II to the Trinity House of Deptford-Strond in 1763. The Trinity House was a British organization that was responsible for the safety of ships and sailors, and this charter confirmed their authority to carry out their duties. The book contains a transcript of the original charter, which outlines the powers and responsibilities of the Trinity House, as well as the privileges granted to its members. The document also provides insight into the political and social context of the time, as King James II was a controversial figure who was deposed in the Glorious Revolution of 1688. This book is a valuable resource for historians, scholars, and anyone interested in the history of maritime navigation and British government. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
