Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Athanasian Creed and Coptic Apocryphal Gospels is a book written by Andrew Ewbank Burn in 1896. The book is a compilation of two different topics, the Athanasian Creed and the Coptic Apocryphal Gospels. The Athanasian Creed is a statement of Christian belief that is attributed to Athanasius, a prominent theologian of the early Christian Church. The Coptic Apocryphal Gospels are a collection of texts that were not included in the canon of the New Testament and are considered to be non-canonical. The book provides an in-depth analysis of both topics and explores the historical and theological significance of each. It also includes translations of some of the Coptic Apocryphal Gospels, which were discovered in the late 19th century. The book is a valuable resource for scholars and students of theology and religious studies who are interested in the history and development of Christian beliefs and practices. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
