Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Renascent Christianity is a book written by Martin Kellogg Schermerhorn in 1897. This book provides a forecast of the twentieth century in the light of higher criticism of the Bible and the study of comparative religion. Schermerhorn argues that the Christian faith is not static, but rather, it is constantly evolving and adapting to new ideas and cultural changes. He explores the historical and cultural factors that have shaped Christianity and predicts how it will continue to evolve in the future. The book is divided into three parts: the historical development of Christianity, the current state of Christianity, and the future of Christianity. Schermerhorn's ideas were considered controversial at the time, as they challenged traditional Christian beliefs and practices. However, his book was influential in shaping the direction of Christian theology and thought in the twentieth century. Renascent Christianity is an important work for anyone interested in the history and evolution of Christianity. And Of The Universal Prayer For Religious Unity. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
