Scot's Songs is a collection of Scottish folk songs and ballads, first published in 1719 by Scottish poet and playwright Allan Ramsay. The book features over 100 songs, including traditional tunes such as ""Auld Lang Syne"" and ""The Bonnie Banks o' Loch Lomond"", as well as original compositions by Ramsay himself. The songs are arranged thematically, with sections devoted to love, drinking, and rural life. The lyrics are written in Scots dialect, giving the book an authentic and rustic feel. The collection was popular in its time and remains a valuable resource for anyone interested in Scottish music and culture. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
