Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Life of Martin Boos is a biography written by Martin Boos himself in 1799. The book is an account of the life of a German Catholic priest who was known for his controversial views on theology and his involvement in the Catholic Enlightenment movement. Boos was born in 1762 in Augsburg, Germany, and was ordained as a priest in 1785. He became known for his teachings on the importance of personal faith and the need for reform within the Catholic Church. These views were considered radical at the time and led to his excommunication from the Church in 1791. Despite this, Boos continued to preach and write, and his ideas had a significant impact on the Catholic Church in Germany. The Life of Martin Boos provides a fascinating insight into the life of a man who challenged the traditional views of the Church and paved the way for a new era of Catholic theology. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
