Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Trial Of The Witnesses Of The Resurrection Of Jesus is a book written by Thomas Woolston in 1765. The book is a critical examination of the accounts of the resurrection of Jesus Christ as recorded in the New Testament. Woolston questions the credibility of the witnesses who claimed to have seen Jesus after his death and resurrection. He argues that the accounts of the resurrection are inconsistent and contradictory and that the witnesses were unreliable. Woolston also challenges the idea of a physical resurrection, suggesting that it was a spiritual event rather than a literal one. The book is considered controversial and was met with a great deal of criticism at the time of its publication. However, it remains an important work in the history of biblical criticism and continues to be studied and debated by scholars and theologians. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
