""Minna and Myself"" is a novel written by Maxwell Bodenheim and published in 1918. The story follows the lives of two young artists, Minna and the narrator, as they navigate the bohemian lifestyle of New York City in the early 1900s. Minna is a talented painter who is struggling to make a name for herself in the art world, while the narrator is a writer who is trying to find his voice. The two become close friends and confidants, sharing their dreams, fears, and desires with each other. As they navigate the ups and downs of their artistic careers and personal lives, they must confront the harsh realities of poverty, addiction, and societal pressure. The novel is a poignant exploration of the human condition and the search for meaning and fulfillment in a world that can be both exhilarating and cruel. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
