Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Music For The Orchestrelle And Aeolian Grand (1901) is a book published by the Aeolian Company, a renowned manufacturer of self-playing instruments such as the Orchestrelle and Aeolian Grand. The book contains a collection of sheet music specifically designed for these instruments, which were popular during the early 20th century. The Orchestrelle and Aeolian Grand were both mechanical instruments that could play music without the need for a human performer. They were equipped with a series of perforated paper rolls that contained the music, and as the roll passed over a set of pins, it triggered the corresponding notes on the instrument. The book contains a variety of musical genres, including classical, popular, and folk music. Some of the pieces included are ""The Blue Danube Waltz"" by Johann Strauss II, ""The Entertainer"" by Scott Joplin, and ""My Old Kentucky Home"" by Stephen Foster. In addition to the sheet music, the book also provides instructions on how to properly operate and maintain the Orchestrelle and Aeolian Grand. It includes detailed diagrams and explanations of the various components of the instruments, as well as tips on how to troubleshoot common issues.Overall, Music For The Orchestrelle And Aeolian Grand (1901) is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of self-playing instruments or for those who own an Orchestrelle or Aeolian Grand and want to expand their repertoire of music. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
