Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Princess Flower Hat: A Comedy is a play written by Mabel Osgood Wright and published in 1910. The story follows the misadventures of a group of upper-class women who are eagerly preparing for a charity bazaar. The main character, Princess Flower Hat, is a wealthy and eccentric woman who insists on wearing a large, elaborate hat made of flowers. The other women are horrified by her fashion choice and try to convince her to wear something more appropriate. Meanwhile, a group of young men arrive at the bazaar, hoping to catch the attention of the eligible women. Chaos ensues as the women compete for the men's attention and Princess Flower Hat continues to cause a stir with her outlandish hat. The play is a satirical commentary on the excesses of the upper class and the absurdity of fashion trends. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
