Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Quinquenergia: Or Proposals For A New Practical Theology is a book written by Henry S. Sutton and was first published in 1854. The book presents Sutton's ideas and proposals for a new approach to practical theology, which he called ""quinquenergia."" Sutton argues that traditional theology has become too theoretical and abstract, and that it needs to be more practical and applicable to everyday life. He proposes a fivefold approach to theology, which includes the study of scripture, the study of human nature, the study of history, the study of nature, and the study of society. Throughout the book, Sutton explores each of these areas in detail and provides examples of how they can be applied to practical theology. He also discusses the importance of moral and ethical principles in theology and how they can be integrated into the quinquenergia approach. Overall, Quinquenergia: Or Proposals For A New Practical Theology is a thought-provoking and insightful book that challenges traditional approaches to theology and offers a new perspective on how it can be made more relevant and useful in modern society. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
