Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Armenian Version of Revelation and Cyril of Alexandria's Scholia on the Incarnation and Epistle on Easter is a book written by Frederick Cornwallis Conybeare and originally published in 1907. The book contains two separate works, both translated from their original Armenian language into English. The first work is a translation of the Book of Revelation, also known as the Apocalypse, from the Armenian language. The second work is a translation of two texts by Cyril of Alexandria, a prominent theologian and bishop of the early Christian church. The first text is his Scholia on the Incarnation, which discusses the theological concept of the Incarnation, or the belief that God became man in the form of Jesus Christ. The second text is his Epistle on Easter, which discusses the significance of the Easter holiday in the Christian faith. Overall, the book provides valuable insights into the early Christian church and its beliefs, as well as the Armenian language and its literary traditions. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
