Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

""System of Economical Contradictions V1: Or The Philosophy of Misery"" is a book written by Pierre Joseph Proudhon in 1888. It is a philosophical treatise on the contradictions inherent in the capitalist economic system. Proudhon argues that the system is based on the exploitation of the working class by the capitalist class, and that this exploitation leads to social and economic inequality, poverty, and misery. He proposes a new economic system based on mutualism, in which workers would own the means of production and exchange goods and services on a voluntary basis. The book is a critique of both capitalism and socialism, and is considered a foundational work in anarchist and socialist thought. It is written in a dense, academic style, and includes extensive references to classical philosophy and political theory. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
