Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Flower Queen: Cantata For Unchanged Voices is a musical composition written by Walter Harris Aiken in 1910. The cantata is designed for unchanged voices, meaning that it is intended to be performed by singers who have not yet experienced the vocal changes that occur during puberty. The piece tells the story of a magical flower queen who presides over a garden filled with beautiful blossoms. The queen is visited by a group of children who are enchanted by the garden and its inhabitants. As they explore the garden, they encounter a variety of flowers, each with its own unique character and personality. The cantata features a variety of musical styles, including folk songs, hymns, and classical music. The Flower Queen is known for its beautiful melodies and lush harmonies, and it has become a popular choice for school and community choirs. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
