Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

After a devastating experience that caused a painful spin in life, Shatory went on a hunt to find her true self-worth. She grew up in a predominantly White and Hispanic neighborhood that made little room for the complexion of her skin. Shatory's peers and community harshly informed that her melanin was not the treasured gold that her parents taught her to be proud of. Being ostracized and bullied throughout her elementary school years took a gouge out of her self-esteem and self-worth. Less than ideal family dynamics, only fueled her inner struggles and mental torment. Sitting on the front row as a witness to drug addictions, abusive behaviors, and dysfunctional relationships, Shatory fearlessly fought and gained her freedom! This book was written to release Queens from the bondage of their past to walk in the perpetual peace waiting in their future. Shatory is intentional to inspire and empower diverse women and young girls with the aim of helping to discover one's beauty and self-worth. Throughout the pages of this book, readers will gain the strength needed to overcome deceptive mental barriers. Shatory's transparency will share how to uproot destructive words from peers and allow God's Word to settle in your heart, mind, and soul. You are indeed a QUEEN!
