Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Welcome to a particularly twisted corner of the Infinite Multiverse. In this world, things went very wrong. In 2019, a Flu-like virus killed millions around the world, but the vaccine which various Governments rushed to a panicked populace would prove worse than the disease. The vaccine sterilized millions around the world. Some were changed at a genetic level, and would give birth to men and women blessed with extraordinary powers. In the 2060s, super-powered beings, sponsored by the Magnus Corporation, assist law enforcement around the world. The world of superheroes has been monetized. Hyper Woman, a tall and beautiful, super-powered femme fatale, leads The Quintus, the world's most powerful superheroes. Before his life changed, Samuel Maximilien, the Toronto-born son of hard-working Haitian immigrants, was just a rookie lawyer at Harrison & Mendelsohn LLP, Attorneys At Law, a firm which represents many superheroes. Samuel discovers that the Powers That Be let people die, and superheroes knowingly did nothing to stop it. Samuel's alter ego, a forthrightly bisexual and downright villainous psychopath known as the Giant Wrecker set out to make the superheroes and superheroines of the world pay. How To Beat Every Superhero is the villain's story, a glorious but often ignored perspective.
