Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Volume #33 of "The IT Revolution in Architecture", this book outlines the work of Plasma studio, from the cultural elements tied to landform, to the parametric development of the projects, to the very organization of the studio. The topological geometries of the interior of the Hotel Puerta America; the advanced conceptualization of landform architecture; the approach to the complex design synthesis of landscape urbanism at the great Flowing Gardens in Xi'an are a demonstration of how digital experimentation is a crucial weapon today. The author explores the intersections between digital philosophy, emerging technologies, and architecture and offers the reader the first complete critical and theoretical analysis of the work of Plasma studio. Founder and editor of the book series before with Birkhäuser and Testo&Immagine and now with Edilstampa, is Antonino Saggio. www.arc1.Uniroma1.it/Saggio/IT
