Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

This journal is a little different than other journals and is way more than simple journal prompts. It guides you to reflect deeply on your life. It is a flow from reflecting on the past, then moving you into your current happenings, and finally asks you to imagine a future in which you feel more whole, connected, and alive in your life. The intention of this journal is to help you bring awareness to some of your unconscious thoughts andhabits (because thoughts create habits). It is to help you recognize where you may be 'off course' in your life so that you can get back to what truly matters to you. This isn't about judging yourself. It's about loving awareness. The prompts in this journal are intended to create more Freedom for you. Freedom from unconscious limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself. Freedom from obligations and expectations that you hold that are no longer serving you. Freedom from all of the restrictive perspectives that are keeping you from living your life with more peace, love, and joy.***contains a few curse words***
