Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The suspenseful follow-up to Wither from Bram Stoker Award–winning author John Passarella, following the powerful Wiccan Wendy Ward as she once again fights against an ancient, demonic entity terrorizing a small New England town.On October 31, 1999, college student and practicing Wiccan Wendy Ward helped to destroy Elizabeth Wither, leader of the murderous witches coven that had terrorized the historic college town of Windale, Massachusetts every hundred years since the colonial days. With the death of the three demonic creatures that comprised Wither’s coven, the Windale "curse" had finally been broken. But Wendy has only begun to pick up the pieces of her life and find solace in her Wiccan studies when she senses a sudden chill in the air. A chill that’s whispered in the warnings of an old woman. That’s hidden in the corrupting legacy of a newborn baby. That’s waiting in an ancient evil impatient for a human host. The ancient evil that is Wither lives on.
