Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

""Princess Polly's Gay Winter"" is a children's book written by Amy Brooks. The story follows Princess Polly as she embarks on a winter adventure. Polly is a fun-loving princess who enjoys playing in the snow, building snowmen, and going ice skating. She is accompanied by her loyal friends, Prince Paul and Lady Lucy. Together, they have a delightful time playing in the winter wonderland. However, their fun is disrupted when they come across a group of children who are unable to enjoy the winter festivities due to their lack of warm clothing. Polly and her friends come up with a plan to help the children, which leads to a heartwarming ending. The book is beautifully illustrated and teaches children the importance of kindness, generosity, and empathy towards those in need. Overall, ""Princess Polly's Gay Winter"" is a charming tale that will capture the hearts of young readers.""Sit down on this wall, and I'll tell you a story. I'll come over to your house some day this week, but now listen, while we sit here. It's a story I read yesterday, 'bout a house that had a secret closet, and ours has one, do you hear?"" She leaned forward and pointed her ringer, first at Polly, then at Rose. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
