Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

To thine own self be true...With these stories we are providing a forum for women's voices; a way for women tosee each other as role models and mentors, and to say,"Hey, she did it. With hard work, I can too."We also see this book as a way of redefining success.Women have often relied on the male view of success, which can centre on money andfame. These count for women, but they aren't the only things we value. Nor do theyalone define our success. Being able to combine work and home, being proud ofraising a family and still holding down a career, expressing ourcreativity in whatever ways God intended...these too are success. This book is dedicated to all of the women who have gone before us who have fulfilledtheir lives but whose stories have not been heard. They've worn many hats and stillfound the time and strength to do the things that they like most. The old expression,"Men build houses, women make homes" no longer holds true.Women can now do both.
