Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Re-Write Your Life is a book of remarkable inspirational stories and will guide you to write your own in a way that transforms the impact of painful stories from negative to positive. Woven throughout the pages are many of the author's true-life stories including a candid account of her struggles with bi-polar illness. In Chapter 3, A Time in My Life When I Was Stronger Than I Thought, June writes about the time her personal and professional life came to a crashing halt when her manic-depressive illness kicked in again. She bravely shares what she did to empower herself and hundreds of others suffering with a mental illness.June's strength and determination to make a positive difference in the world is demonstrated once again in Re-Write Your Life. She has also invited 33 other women and men to share their journeys through beautifully written stories of pain and triumph. This is a book you won't want to put down. But you must - to pick up your pen and write your own unique stories. "June Swadron is both a guide and a muse. Her book is a bright lantern, illuminating the often dark and tricky terrain of the soul. Grounded in personal experience, her techniques catalyze the deep authenticity possible to us all."Julia Cameron, author of The Artist's Way
