In The Age of Reason, Paine argues against the authority of the Bible and the existence of miracles, while promoting reason and rationality as the basis for religious belief. The Rights of Man, on the other hand, focuses on political philosophy and is considered a foundational text of modern democracy. Paine argues for the natural rights of all individuals and the need for a just government that protects those rights.
