Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Leibniz The Monadology And Other Philosophical Writings is a collection of philosophical writings by the renowned philosopher, mathematician, and logician, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. The book includes his most famous work, The Monadology, which outlines his theory of monads, the fundamental building blocks of the universe. In addition to The Monadology, the book includes several other philosophical essays and treatises, including his Discourse on Metaphysics, Principles of Nature and Grace, and New Essays on Human Understanding. These works explore a range of topics, from metaphysics and theology to ethics and epistemology. Leibniz's philosophy is characterized by his belief in the principle of sufficient reason, which states that everything must have a reason or explanation for its existence or occurrence. He also believed in the concept of pre-established harmony, which suggests that the universe is a perfectly ordered and harmonious system, with each individual monad contributing to the overall harmony. Overall, Leibniz The Monadology And Other Philosophical Writings is a comprehensive collection of Leibniz's philosophical ideas and theories, providing valuable insights into one of the most influential thinkers of the modern era. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
