The book ""The Comical Satire of Every Man Out of His Humor: Reprinted from Linge's Quarto of 1600"" by Ben Jonson is a comedic play that satirizes the behavior of people who are out of sync with their natural inclinations or ""humors."" The play was originally published in 1600 and has been reprinted in this edition from the original Linge's Quarto. The play is set in London and follows the lives of various characters, each of whom represents a different ""humor"" or personality type. The characters include a melancholy man, a braggart soldier, a miserly merchant, and a foolish courtier, among others. The play explores their interactions with each other and the absurd situations that arise from their conflicting personalities. The play is written in a style that is both witty and satirical, with Jonson using humor to comment on the social and political issues of his time. It is a work of social commentary that is still relevant today, as it skewers the foibles and follies of human behavior in a way that is both entertaining and thought-provoking.Overall, ""The Comical Satire of Every Man Out of His Humor"" is a classic work of English literature that is both entertaining and insightful.
