Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

NEVER BEFORE TOLD! WO7B...the call sign for a team of expats sent to extract foreign nationals from Cambodia in May,1993. With a staged civil war beginning, and bound by agreement to have no armed troops in Cambodia, the US found its citizens scattered throughout Cambodia and called on men for help that could not be linked to it if captured or killed. Revealed are the international politics and why this team was sent to rescue an American Doctor and his daughters from capture by the Khmer Rouge. From a nightclub in Bangkok, to the horrors of the Cambodian jungle, each scene is vividly described. "WO7B" is a discovery of the driving forces of the region, their secrets and the actions of those caught in the storm created by the new bureaucracy seated behind the desks of the "next generation" UN. Articles within describe the UN's press for the elections before the house of cards fell in. A brief bio of Pol Pot explains how he rose to the equal height of Hitler in Hell. Maps and photos.
