An Appeal to the People of Ireland, First Part is a political pamphlet written by William Paulet Carey in 1794. The book is a call to action for the Irish people to resist the oppressive policies of the British government and fight for their independence. Carey argues that the Irish people have been subjected to centuries of exploitation and abuse at the hands of the British and that it is time for them to take control of their own destiny. He calls for a united front against the British and urges the Irish to take up arms and fight for their freedom. The book is an important piece of Irish history and a powerful reminder of the struggle for independence that has defined the country's past. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
