Euripides Herakles is a Greek tragedy written by Euripides in 1895. The play tells the story of Herakles, a demigod and son of Zeus, who has just completed his famous twelve labors. After returning home, he is greeted by his wife, children, and father-in-law, who are all overjoyed to see him. However, Herakles' happiness is short-lived when his father-in-law, Lycus, takes over his kingdom and threatens to kill his family if he does not obey him.
