Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Bingham is a collection of poems that explore love, passion, and desire. Published in 1832, the book features a variety of poetic forms, including sonnets, ballads, and odes. The poems are written in a romantic style, with vivid imagery and emotional language. The title of the book, The Poetic Negligee, refers to the idea that these poems are like a piece of lingerie, revealing the hidden depths of the human heart. The collection is divided into sections, each exploring a different aspect of love, such as the joys of courtship, the pain of heartbreak, and the enduring power of true love. Throughout the book, Bingham uses his poetic skills to capture the complex and often contradictory nature of human emotions, creating a work that is both beautiful and thought-provoking.This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
