Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Women In The Early Christian Ministry: A Reply To Bishop Doane And Others is a book written by Ellen Battelle Dietrick in 1897. The book is a response to the arguments put forth by Bishop Doane and other male religious leaders who opposed the idea of women in ministry roles. Dietrick argues that women played a significant role in the early Christian church and were actively involved in ministry and leadership positions. She provides historical evidence and biblical references to support her claims. The book is a powerful defense of women's rights in religious leadership and an important contribution to the ongoing debate about gender equality in the church. It is a must-read for anyone interested in the history of Christianity and the role of women in religion. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
