A Letter Addressed To The Lord Viscount Melbourne is a book written by Cecil Fane in 1837. The book is a letter addressed to Lord Melbourne, who was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom at that time. The letter discusses various political and social issues of the time, including the role of the aristocracy in government, the state of the economy, and the need for political reform.
