Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

""A Pure Christianity The World's Only Hope"" is a book written by Robert Woodward Cushman in 1845. The book is a call to return to the true teachings of Christianity, free from the influence of human traditions and worldly distractions. Cushman argues that the only hope for the world is a pure and uncompromising Christianity, one that is based solely on the teachings of the Bible. He criticizes the church for straying from these teachings and becoming more concerned with worldly matters, such as wealth and power. Cushman also addresses the issue of slavery, arguing that it is incompatible with true Christianity and calling for its abolition. The book is a passionate plea for a return to the simplicity and purity of the early Christian church, and a rejection of the corrupting influences of the world. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
